We really hope your intimates fit and that you’re happy as can be. However, sometimes sizing isn’t right or the fit isn’t and you feel like returning your item. You may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

Please send us a love letter at loveletter@flowintimates.com so we can get the process going and do include your order number.

Since we are a tiny company, you as a customer cover the responsibility and shipping costs when you return. To make it as smooth as possible for you we've kept the price of the return label as low as possible, 39 DKK, and to keep it easy as possible we'll send you a link to our return portal.

If you want to switch sizes, send us an email and we'll send you return instructions. We’ll cover your shipping costs on the new sizes if your shipping address is in Denmark, just let us know.

If you want to choose your own courier, we highly encourage you to choose an insured, traceable shipping option with an “at the door”-delivery to our office. Please provide the tracking number if/when it is available, so we can track the package.

We process the refund for returned item(s) when delivered to the below
address in the expected condition.
