Flow 3 high waist, moderate+ flow
This just might be your new favourite undies. Flow 3 is here! Soft as butter made in primarily organic cotton with a high cut leg and high waist. We're pretty sure that these would have been Jane Fonda's favourite period undies back in the day. But comfort never goes out of style. And the high cut leg will make your legs look looooong.
We worked intensely on our absorbent layers. Flow 3 is born with our longest gusset yet! The length of the absorbent built-in pad is 37 cm on a size small and the bsorbent layers are 25% thicker, making them ideal to sleep in as the gusset will protect you both in front (sleeping on your belly) and on your back. We're sure you'll feel safe both during the day and at night.
Flow 3 is made for moderate+ flow.
Moderate+ flow in our terms is equivalent to 2-3 regular tampons worth 10-15 mL of blood.
The gusset layers are our longest yet; 37 cm on a size S. This will make you perfectly covered front to back. The absorbent layers are 25% thicker than on Flow 1 and Flow 2.
Do you actually know how much you bleed? We rarely do (unless we're experienced cup users) as a little amount of blood can look like a lot in the toilet for example.
There's always a little "trial and error" shifting to a new period product and everyone's period is different (and even changes from cycle to cycle), so try them on when you feel safe and comfortable. Our experience is that once you go period undies, it's difficult to go back.
Are you a heavy bleeder? You might want to try your undies together with a cup.
Composition:
Outer: 95% organic cotton - 5% elastane
Technical layers:
Top layer: 100% polyester
Middle Layer: 100% polyester
Membrane: 100% polyamide
Wear them, rinse them in cold water and wash them at 40 degrees alongside the rest of your clothes.
Today’s detergents are super effective, making it hygienic enough for you to wash on low temperatures.
Don’t tumble dry them - it’s not the best option for the environment and the absorbent function will deteriorate too fast.
In general you should go for your regular size.
Notice that they should be snug around your hips as they are supposed to hold fluids - if they are too loose you might experience leaks.
