Internship: Do you want to help put the female body on the agenda?

At Flow, our goal from day one has been for you to feel like yourself when you're bleeding. But today, we work with much more than just menstruation. We embrace all flows: discharge, breast milk, the postpartum period, and the many changes the body undergoes throughout life.

Because no body changes like ours. Works. Bleeds. Drips. Aches. From menarche all the way to menopause.

That's why we design absorbent underwear and care products of premium quality – created without compromising on aesthetics, comfort, and safety.

But Flow is more than just products. We are a movement that wants to break taboos and create conversations about everything the body does.

And now we are once again opening applications for interns for 2026/2027 – do you want to join us, learn new things, teach others, and apply everything you've learned in your education in practice?

We are looking for two interns: one for communication and one for marketing.

We are looking for a Communication Intern

For those who love words, storytelling, and content.

You will gain practical experience in developing content and knowledge from start to finish. From idea, angle, to production and publication.

In practical terms, you will work with:

  • Instagram and community building
  • Newsletters and knowledge-based content
  • Articles for our universe
  • Campaigns and communication

You will work with the written word, video production, and photography if you are interested and up for it, and you will have the opportunity to be both behind and in front of the camera.

The important thing: You are curious, creative, and eager to make complex topics engaging and relatable.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern

For those interested in strategy, performance, and growth.

You will gain practical experience in developing campaigns and strategies from start to finish. For new product launches, new initiatives, and existing favorites.

You will work with:

  • Sales-promoting content and campaigns
  • Performance analysis and optimization
  • Ecommerce and customer journeys
  • Growth and new initiatives

You will work with both overarching strategies and their implementation within a daily operational framework, combined with practical experience through execution.

The important thing: You think creatively, boldly, and analytically, and you are curious about what drives results.

Why become an intern at Flow?

At Flow, you will become part of a small, passionate team where you will be given responsibility and opportunities from day one. You will get to try things out, take ownership, and help shape both content and direction.

There is rarely a long way from idea to action, so you can quickly apply your knowledge in practice. For us, it is also a great opportunity to learn new things when we have interns, so your input is important.

We work closely together, have fun, and care about what we do. Here, there is room for big ideas and small mistakes – and for lots of development.

Practical Information

  • Internship period: Approx. August 10, 2026 – January 31, 2027, agreed individually
  • Location: Frederiksberg + possibility of working from home
  • Unpaid internship with a small token of appreciation
  • Products from Flow at the start of the internship

Want to join us?
