After two fertility treatments and two births, I no longer wanted to use menstrual products that went inside my body - I wanted to be able to bleed in peace.
That was the beginning of Flow - the first menstrual underwear on the Danish market.

The general expectation for the lifespan of socks and underwear is about 3 years. These are items of clothing that are subject to wear and tear and are used daily.
As we do not apply chemical treatments to the pad, there is no function that deteriorates.
If you take good care of your panties and wash them according to the instructions, the quality of your period panties from us is so good that you can easily use them for 3 years, and even longer.

How long can I use them at a time?
It depends on your flow and your cycle day - as well as the absorbency of the panties.
But changing your menstrual panties at least morning and night is good hygiene - think of your absorbent underwear just like pads and tampons. They need to be changed every now and then.
But unlike tampons, for example, you are not at risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome, as menstrual panties are a non-invasive menstrual product.
