We want to change the way the world sees menstruation.
Menstruation ist nichts, was man verstecken muss. Sie verdient Respekt. Wir wollen Scham, Umschreibungen und das Thema Menstruation hinter uns lassen und stattdessen eine neue Sichtweise schaffen, in der menstruierende Körper mit Verständnis und Respekt behandelt werden. Flow Intimates revolutioniert die Menstruation – und wir möchten, dass du dabei bist.

We want to give you beautiful, safe and sustainable alternatives.
You deserve better than worn-out underwear on your period. We design period underwear without PFAS or nanosilver, crafted with technical precision and uncompromising fit – so you can feel confident, free and beautiful. Our products are regularly tested by third parties and developed with care by people who menstruate themselves.

We want to bring honesty and transparency to everything we do.
We speak plainly – about both production and menstruation – and we always meet you eye to eye. Our products are made close to home, in Turkey and Portugal, in
factories that share our standards. If you ever want to know more, just ask.

Wir sind ein von Frauen gegründetes Unternehmen und setzen uns für Vielfalt auf allen Ebenen ein – vom Vorstand bis zum Mutterschaftsurlaub. Menstruationsbinden sind eine wiederverwendbare Alternative in einer Welt mit zu viel Müll. Wir streben eine BCorp-Zertifizierung an und arbeiten täglich daran, uns zu verbessern – mit Fokus auf Klima- und soziale Verantwortung.

We want to share knowledge and elevate the conversation.
We believe knowledge is part of the revolution. That’s why we support NGOs like Blossom and donate underwear to educators and social projects. And we create space for learning and dialogue – like our Flow Festival, where experts and activists
bring the menstrual cycle into the spotlight.
