We really hope your Flows fit and that you are as happy as possible. But sometimes the size is not right, or maybe the fit is not what you had in mind. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt and exchange it up to 30 days after.

How to return your order:

To create a return order, simply use the link hereAs we are a small company, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the package has been received at our warehouse, it may take another 3 business days before we are notified. We will process your refund as soon as possible thereafter.

How to exchange your order:

If you would like to exchange for a different size, you can create your exchange hereWhen exchanging, we cover the shipping costs back to our warehouse, while you cover the shipping costs of having the new goods sent.

If you wish to choose who you send your order back with, we strongly encourage you to choose an insured, trackable shipping option, as well as a business shipment. Please provide the tracking number, if available, so we can track the package. Orders are shipped to:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges at our office or pick up return orders at parcel shops.

Please note:
Please use an outer box or crate when sending your return/exchange order as the Flow packaging is part of the product so it must be intact upon receipt.
