Menstrual swimwear

The nice to know and need to know

What is menstrual swimwear?

Menstrual swimwear is swimwear with built-in absorbent technology that makes it possible to swim safely during menstruation with light to moderate bleeding.

You know our absorbent technology from our menstrual panties, which are added to the bottom of the swimsuit in a quick-drying quality.

Which style should I choose?

We will launch a large swim collection in 2026, which will include both menstrual swimsuits and bikinis.

You can choose between different fits, colors and materials. Enjoy!

Was erhalten Sie im Kaufpreis?

Each Period Swim style is packaged in a small resealable bag that you can store and use on the go when your swimwear is wet.

We can also recommend buying Bloody Clean, which is a special detergent that super gently washes your swimwear clean and removes any odor.

We also have it in travel size, find Bloody Clean here →

In 2026, Flow will relaunch menstrual swimwear

How do menstrual swimwear work?

Our menstrual swimwear is designed with:

〰️ A soft layer close to the body that directs fluid down into the next layer

〰️ An absorbent core that stops bleeding

〰️ A water-repellent, breathable membrane that minimizes the risk of bleeding through

The material dries quickly and feels light – even after a trip in the water.

How do I wash my menstrual swimwear?

Before use: Wash your menstrual swimwear at 30-40 degrees before using it.

Step 2: Wet directly into your swimsuit when you have your period

Step 3: Rinse the pad in your menstrual swimsuit by hand after use until the water runs clear.

Step 4: Put the swimsuit in a laundry bag and wash with similar colors at 30-40 degrees and let it air dry inside out.

We write women into history
