Payment
Flow Intimates accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Anyday, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK).
Flow Intimates uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and cannot be read by other third parties. Flow Intimates' own website also uses SSL protocol encryption.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you help us produce what has already been sold. This helps us not to overproduce and eliminate waste. Your pre-order is processed exactly like a normal online order, except that we cannot ship it the next day. Each pre-order has its own clearly stated delivery date. We will keep you updated on the progress and inform you when we ship. It's a really great way to have something to look forward to!
When you place a pre-order, the amount is reserved in your account, but we do not withdraw any amount until the order has been shipped.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-14 business days, depending on the delivery country.
Cancellation of purchase
Flow Intimates offers full refunds within 14 days for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are borne by you.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The condition of the returned item You are responsible for the condition of the item and any deterioration in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested/used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Flow Intimates to assess the condition of the item.
Guarantee
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials and production.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Flow Intimates within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. We consider a maximum of two months to be a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives the right to warranty if the goods are handled incorrectly or abnormally.
Flow Intimates will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.
When returning, please contact us in advance for return instructions. All returns must be sent as tracked packages to our warehouse.
Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information or pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Period People ApS, we need the following information:

Opportunities for appeal
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
In general, a prerequisite for filing a complaint is that the product or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
