Refund policy
We really hope your Flows fit and that you’re as happy as can be. However, sometimes sizing isn’t right, or the fit isn’t, and you feel like returning your item. You may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.
How to return your order:
Please submit your return order via this link.
When the package is received at the warehouse, it may still take 2-3 days for us to get notified. As soon as we receive notice, we will process your refund.
Since we are a tiny company, you as a customer cover the responsibility and shipping costs when you return. Once we receive the items, we will deduct the cost of shipping, 45 DKK, from the amount in your favour.

How to exchange your order:
If you want to switch sizes, you can exchange you order through this link. We’ll cover the shipping costs for the return and send you an invoice for shipping your exchanged order.
If you want to choose your own courier, we highly encourage you to choose an insured, traceable shipping option with an “at the door”-delivery to our office. Please provide us the tracking number if/when it is available, so we can track the package.
Please note:
Please use an outer box when sending your return/exchange order as the Flow-packaging is a part of the product.
