Why choose period underwear from flow
After two fertility cycles and two births, I no longer wanted to use menstrual products that had to enter the body - I wanted to be able to bleed in peace.
That was the start of it flow - the first ones period underwear on the Danish market.
Today we make period underwear with a focus on comfort, quality and responsible production - created by people who menstruate themselves.

Wash & use
The life expectancy for socks and underwear in general is approx. 3 years. These are clothing items that are worn and used every day.
Since we do not add chemical treatment to the bond, no function is lost.
If you take good care of your panties, wash them according to instructions, then the quality is yours period underwear from us so good that you can easily use them for 3 years and even longer.

It depends on you flow and your cycle day - as well as the absorbency of the panty.
But to change period underwear at least morning and evening is good hygiene - think of your absorbent underwear just like pads and tampons. It has to be changed every now and then.
But unlike, for example, tampons, you are not at risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome, then period underwear is a non-invasive menstrual product.
Fit & style
We have period underwear, which suit different bodies - regardless of whether you are into low rise, mid rise or high rise fit.
Period flow Letter and Period flow Shorts both have a high waist, which is loved by many for the feeling of a hug around the stomach.
Period flow Cheeky has a more sporty look but with a wide and soft elastic at the waist - it is mid-rise.
Then we have too the classic low-cut fit, which is a super nice, basic period underwear if discretion under the trouser leg is *your thing*.
On each product you will find a measurement chart that can guide you based on the size you normally choose in underwear.
Some materials such as cotton can be used - if our recommendation is that you should go up or down in size rather than choose your usual size, then this will be specified on the product.
