Maternity leave: Operations Manager – 25 hours/week
Are you the type who creates an overview, takes responsibility and makes things happen? Are you good with numbers, strong in structure and do you thrive in an everyday life where the tasks range widely?
flow is looking for an Operations Manager for a temporary maternity position of 25 hours a week with independent responsibility for a central part of our daily operations.
flow is a Danish, female-founded company that develops absorbent underwear and cycle care in premium quality. We create products for the reality that comes with having a body that bleeds, drips, aches and changes – without compromising on aesthetics, comfort or safety.
We are a small company with big ambitions: We want to make life through the cycle a little easier and at the same time help break taboos and create more honest conversations about everything the body does.
About the role
As Operations Manager, you will have responsibility across finance, storage and logistics, B2B and administration and you will work closely with our CEO. You are expected to run your areas independently, make ongoing decisions and ensure that assignments are followed through.
It is a broad and hands-on role: one day you work with budget follow-up, the next you decide on purchasing needs, follow a product delivery to the door or handle one of our larger B2B customers.

-
Budget, forecast and ongoing follow-up of sales and costs
-

-

-

Who are you?
We imagine that you have a few years' experience from an operational role - preferably from a smaller company, startup or e-commerce, where you have been used to taking independent responsibility.
You are not necessarily an accountant or trained in finance, but you are good with numbers and have a solid understanding of business economics. You can work within a budget, understand an income statement and become curious when the numbers do not develop as expected.
In addition, we hope that you:
-
works in a structured, independent manner and follows things all the way through
-
are comfortable making decisions within your areas of responsibility
-
can prioritize and maintain an overview when there are many balls in the air
-
has a good financial and commercial outlook
-
is strong in spreadsheets and quickly adapts to new systems
Experience with e-commerce, B2B, inventory management, purchasing, forecasting or Shopify is an advantage, but not a requirement.
We offer that
At flow you get a broad part-time role with real responsibility and great independence. You get close to the entire business and get the opportunity to put your own stamp on how tasks and processes are solved.
