Hvordan virker Heating Cramp Cream?

Explain the ingredient list to me
It almost requires an education to understand an ingredient list, so here we have helped you on your way and made it easy to understand:
Butyrospermum Parkii Butter is shea butter, which is gently extracted from the nuts of the Shea trees in West Africa. Shea butter is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and has a particularly high content of oleic acid, which is very good for very dry skin. In addition, shea butter is rich in "non-glyceride" substances, such as phytosterols, which resemble cholesterol and are considered a good moisturizing and skin-soothing ingredient.
Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil is almond oil. It is a moisturizing ingredient rich in oleic acid, which is really good for very dry skin.
Glyceryl Stearate is a wax which is mainly used to adjust the consistency of Calming Cream.
Ceteareth-20 and Ceteareth-12 are both vegetable oil-in-water emulsifiers
Xanthan Gum is produced by fermentation using the bacterium Xanthomonas campestris. Acts as a stabilizer and thickener.
Magnesium Chloride is inorganic salt of Magnesium (Mg) and Chlorine (Cl).
Aminomethyl Propanol is a pH regulator.
Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid and Dehydroacetic Acid are both preservatives.
Pentylene Glycol is a 100% naturally derived multi-functional ingredient. It has a moisturizing, softening and anti-microbial effect.
Glycerin is used as a humectant because of its ability to bind moisture in the skin. Smoothes and moisturizes the skin, and has a softening effect. Maintains the skin's natural moisture balance, which gives elasticity to the skin.
Olea Europaea Fruit Oil* is olive oil, which has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, which help to soften, add moisture and suppleness to the skin, which enhances the skin's natural elasticity. In addition, olive oil, like shea butter, is rich in "non-glyceride" substances such as phytosterols, which resemble cholesterol and are considered a good moisturizing and skin-soothing ingredient.
Saccharide Isomerate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Aqua is derived from sugar and is an incredibly effective moisturizer that binds water in the skin's top layer and adds extra moisture to dehydrated skin and provides the skin with a 24-hour moisture boost. The ingredient reduces what is called TEWL (Trans Epidermal Water Loss), which normally gives visible signs of dry skin. The skin is therefore left soothed with increased softness and suppleness.
Anthemis Nobilis Flower Water* is chamomile extract. Chamomile is a perennial plant native to southwestern Europe and North Africa. In the wild it usually grows in sandy soil around ponds. Chamomile extract helps to maintain the natural moisture balance in the skin.
Tocopherol is an E vitamin, which is a very important antioxidant that protects the skin against free radicals. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that also protects the product from rancidity.
Aqua is used as a carrier.

Heating Cramp Cream – heating cream for menstrual cramps
Heating Cramp Cream is a warming cream developed to provide comfortable and long-lasting warmth during your cycle, regardless of whether you suffer from pain during period and ovulation. When the cream is massaged into the skin, the warming ingredients activate the skin's receptors and create an intense sensation of heat in the area. The cream is not numbing, but you will experience the heat as soothing.
Use it on your stomach, lower back, or other areas where you experience muscle tension and discomfort. The caring formulation melts easily into the skin without greasiness and leaves the skin soft and well cared for.
Think of it as heat for period pains and for your ovulation pains.
Heat to pains below period and ovulation
Pain can be experienced in different ways - for some it is a slight murmur underneath period, others definitely feel cramps or pain in the abdomen and can also cause tenderness and tension in the lower back.
During ovulation, you may experience ovulation pain as small rushes or stabbings - often for a shorter period than during period.
Many people experience warmth as pleasant when the abdomen hurts. The cream here has been developed as a practical alternative or supplement to a heating pad when you want warmth on your stomach or lower back and at the same time want to be able to move freely.
The cream creates a long-lasting feeling of warmth directly on the skin and can be used at home, at work or on the go.
Heat for the murmur and tensions
During menstruation, the uterus contracts, which can be experienced as menstrual cramps and pain in the abdomen. Some also feel tension or tenderness in the lower back.
The heating cream can be massaged directly onto the skin where you want warmth. The combination of massage and the warming sensation makes the cream an easy part of your routine on the days when the body calls for extra comfort.
It can also be used around ovulation if you experience soreness or discomfort at this point in your cycle.
Developed with warming and caring ingredients
Heating Cramp Cream combines active, warming ingredients with a caring base, so you get both heat and skin care in one product.
The formula contains, among other things:
-
Vanillyl Butyl Ether, which creates the characteristic, long-lasting feeling of warmth on the skin
-
Menthol and camphor, which contribute to the sensory experience
-
Shea butter that nourishes and softens the skin
-
Castor oil that helps keep the skin soft and supple
The result is a nourishing heat cream that is easily absorbed and provides a pleasant warmth where you apply it.
An alternative to the heating pad
The heating pad is not always very practical.
Heating Cream has been developed for those situations where you want the feeling of warmth, but still have to go out the door, go to work, move around or just don't feel like lying still with a heating pad.
Massage the cream into your stomach or lower back, let the warming effect develop, and continue your day.
It can also be used with other forms of relief when you have period.
How to use the product
Massage an appropriate amount of cream onto the stomach, lower back or other areas where you want warmth. After a short time, the warming sensation begins to develop and can last for a longer time.
Start with a small amount so you get to know the intensity of the warming effect on your skin.
Heating Cramp Cream can be used during period, around ovulation or at other times when you want local heat.
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and damaged or irritated skin. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
