1. If you've bled in your period underwear, rinse them in cold water until it runs clear.
2. Protect your period underwear in a laundry bag and wash them with similar colors at 30-30 degrees Celsius.

3. Dry them inside out on a clothesline - and you're good to go again.

HOW DO PERIOD PANTS WORK?Flow period panties are sewn with a built-in pad, consisting of at least 3 technical layers, which draw fluid into the pad, absorb the fluid, and ensure that you do not bleed or leak through.
Absorption is approximately equivalent to:
Light flow: 2-5 mL
Moderate flow: 5-10 mL
Heavy flow: 10-15 mL

We third-party test our panties for chemicals and use innovation without compromising your safety to address odour issues.

Det kan komme an på materialerne, din trusse er lavet af.
Mesh er meget stretchy og ligger du imellem to størrelser, så vil vi foreslå at size ned.
Lyocell og økologisk bomuld er lidt mere faste materialer, og her vil vi foreslå, at du tager din normale størrelse.
Det kommer an på trussens sugeevne, som står indikeret med dråber. Vi har menstruationstrusser til både moderat og kraftig blødning.
Bløder du meget kraftigt, så kan du med fordel bruge dine trusser sammen med en menstruationskop eller -disk.
Vi har også absorbernede trusser med lav absorbering til hverdagsbrug.
👉Har du brug for mere absorbering, så kan du vælge menstruationstrusser i stedet.
I trussens bund er et diskret bind af stof syet ind.
Uanset style består bindet af minimum 3 absorberende lag - et toplag, som leder væsken ned i det næste lag, som er minder om et håndklæde. Nederst finder du en membran, som sikrer at væsken ikke går gennem trussen.

Hvis du går fuldt ind på absorberende trusser og erstatter alle trusseindlæg og bind, så vil du have behov for 10-12 par - afhængigt af hvor let adgang du har til en vaskemaskine.
Men bruger du kun absorberende trusser kun til din menstruation, så foreslår vi 5-7 par.
Jo flere trusser, jo nemmere hverdag.
Derfor giver vi også bundlerabatter på flere par.
"Lækage" er egentlig ikke et ord, vi synes er så lækkert i sammenhæng med kroppen.
Det lyder mere som en utæt motor.
Men du bløder ikke direkte igennem dine trusser. Hvis de har nået deres 'max' på kapaciteten, så bløder du ud til siderne.
