What we are most proud of
5 good reasons why you will love us
Heart always first
We are also here to create bigger changes than just in your everyday life.
Our founder has changed Danish legislation in 2021 by removing the age limit on frozen eggs.
In 2025 we created the Red Flag campaign, which ensured the Danish women's national handball team the right to wear dark shorts during the WC. And we keep going.
Safety and security right after
Despite the lack of legislation and safety requirements for menstrual products in the EU, we do not hesitate in our responsibility. We do not use PFAS, nanosilver - no magical "stay fresh" treatments of the absorbent layers. We third party test our panties for chemistry and wear innovation without compromising your safety to solve odor nuisances.
Premium production
We produce in Portugal, Denmark, Lithuania and Turkey - and always with the best materials such as organic cotton, organic merino wool and ECONYL®.
Our partners are the best in their respective fields and several of our factories are GOTS certified, which sets requirements for employee care.
By menstruating for menstruating
We create products we ourselves lack - and test them thoroughly (so yes, they are tested with real menstrual blood). In addition, we have a test panel consisting of hardcore and dedicated members from our community who take the task seriously.
More than period
We know it well. It is about much more than that period. It's about the body in change - throughout the cycle, month after month.
That is why we are redefining what 'while products' are in addition to being a practical solution. The best rated absorbent underwear of course, but also care that supports you and your body throughout the cycle.
It is flow Cycle Routine.

Frequently asked questions about period underwear
It may depend on the materials your panty is made of.
Mesh is very stretchy and if you are between two sizes, we would suggest sizing down.
Lyocell and organic cotton are slightly firmer materials, and here we would suggest that you take your normal size.
It depends on the panty's absorbency, which is indicated by drops. We have period underwear for both light, moderate and heavy bleeding.
Here you are looking at an absorbent panty with low absorption for everyday use. It is ideal for discharge, spotting and small drips.
👉If you need more absorption, you can choose period underwear with moderate to strong absorbency instead.
At the bottom of the panty is a discreet strip of fabric sewn in.
Regardless of the style, the bandage consists of a minimum of 3 absorbent layers - a top layer, which guides the liquid down into the next layer, which is reminiscent of a towel. At the bottom you will find a membrane which ensures that the liquid does not pass through the panty.

If you go all-in on absorbent panties and replace all panty liners and pads, you'll need 10-12 pairs - depending on how easy you have access to a washing machine.
But do you only use absorbent panties only for yours period, then we suggest 5-7 pairs.
The more panties, the easier everyday life.
That's why we also offer bundle discounts on several pairs.
"Leakage" is not really a word we think is so delicious in the context of the body.
It sounds more like a leaking engine.
But you don't bleed directly through your panties. If they have reached their 'max' on capacity, then you bleed out to the sides.
You can believe they are!
The Consumer Council Tænk has put a lot of focus on period underwear in 2022, and their experts also approve of the method:
1) Rinse in cold water.
2) Wash at 40 degrees.
3) Air dry on a string.
