My period returned three months after giving birth - and after two fertility treatments and two births, I no longer wanted to use menstrual products that went inside my body - I wanted to be able to bleed in peace.
That was the start of Flow - and as I sat drawing the first period panties, I had an idea: Can the absorbent technology also be used for a nursing bra? To be free from disposable nursing pads, hallelujah!
I was the first to launch period panties on the Danish market. The nursing bra proved much more difficult. But four years and 3 manufacturers later, we had succeeded. Without compromising on the most important aspects: Comfort, quality, and responsibility.

We do not use PFAS, nano-silver - no magical "stay fresh" treatments of the absorbent layers. We third-party test our underwear for chemicals and use innovation without compromising your safety to solve odor issues.

Behind the simple design is a discreet absorbent layer in the cups, which helps collect breast milk and can reduce the need for loose nursing pads. Next to the skin is soft organic merino wool, which is naturally temperature-regulating and comfortable against sensitive nipples.

Built-in absorbent technology
What's special about our nursing bra with absorption is the discreet absorbent layer, which is integrated directly into the cups.
