Postpartum Nursing Bra
Postpartum Nursing Bra – Crossover is an innovative, wire-free nursing bra, designed to give you security during a period when your body is working around the clock.
What you can't see is the most important thing: In the cups you'll find a discreet, sewn-in absorbent layer that collects breast milk and minimizes the need for loose nursing pads. Close to the skin lies organic merino wool, which has a temperature-regulating and naturally antibacterial effect - perfect for the Scandinavian climate and sensitive nipples.
The soft cross-over fit makes it easy to pull the cup aside and breastfeed – without clicks or cumbersome buckles.
👉 Also try Period Flow Shorts for heavy bleeding - so soft for your postpartum period
Your absorbent nursing bra, like Flow menstrual panties, has built-in absorbent layers in the inner cup.
The top layer directs the breast milk into the absorbent layer, and a membrane ensures that you don't leak through.
Just like you need to change your menstrual panties, you will also need to change your nursing bra. How often you need to change and wash it depends on your milk flow. Milk production typically peaks around 3 months postpartum.

Frequently asked questions about menstrual panties
It may depend on the materials your panties are made of.
Mesh is very stretchy and if you are between two sizes, we would suggest sizing down.
Lyocell and organic cotton are slightly firmer materials, and here we would suggest that you take your normal size.
It depends on the absorbency of the panties, which is indicated by drops. We have menstrual panties for both moderate and heavy bleeding.
If you are bleeding very heavily, you can use your panties together with a menstrual cup or disc.
We also have absorbent panties with low absorbency for everyday use.
👉 If you need more absorption, you can choose menstrual panties instead.
A discreet fabric band is sewn into the bottom of the panties.
Regardless of the style, the pad consists of a minimum of 3 absorbent layers - a top layer that conducts the liquid down into the next layer, which is similar to a towel. At the bottom you will find a membrane that ensures that the liquid does not pass through the panty.

Rinse - wash - wear - repeat
1. If you have spotting in your panties, rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Protect your panties in a laundry bag and wash your panties with similar colors at 30-30 degrees.
Tip: You can wash with our Allergy Certified special detergent Bloody Clean .
3. Dry them inside out on a clothesline - and you're good to go again.

If you go all-in on absorbent panties and replace all panty liners and pads, you will need 10-12 pairs - depending on how easy you have access to a washing machine.
But if you only use absorbent panties for your period, we suggest 5-7 pairs.
The more panties, the easier everyday life.
That's why we also offer bundle discounts on multiple pairs.
"Leak" isn't really a word we find so delicious in the context of the body.
It sounds more like a leaking engine.
But you don't bleed directly through your panties. If they have reached their 'max' capacity, you bleed out to the sides.
You can believe they are!
The Danish Consumer Council Think has put a big focus on menstrual panties in 2022, and their experts also say good things about the method:
1) Rinse in cold water.
2) Wash at 40 degrees.
3) Air dry on a line.
