Menstrual bikini - Johanne
Menstrual swimwear, like Flow menstrual panties, is sewn with a built-in pad, consisting of a minimum of 3 technical layers that direct fluid into the pad, absorb the fluid and ensure that you do not bleed or leak through.

We deserve better
Why choose Flow period underwear?
After two fertility treatments and two births, I no longer wanted to use menstrual products that went inside my body - I wanted to be able to bleed in peace.
That was the beginning of Flow - the first period underwear on the Danish market.
Today, we make period underwear with a focus on comfort, quality, and responsible production - created by people who menstruate themselves.
✔️ Soft, skin-friendly materials
✔️ Different absorption levels
✔️ Comfort like regular underwear
✔️ A more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable products
Our mission is to make menstruation freer, safer, and less complicated - without compromising on style or function.
Kind regards, Cathrine

Menstrual swimwear for teens
Can teens bathe during menstruation?
An Australian study shows that 67.3% of teens avoid swimming during their period. We want to change that.
Of course, you can bathe during your period - some will even experience relief from discomfort when moving in water.
Menstrual swimwear makes it possible to swim safely during menstruation - the same technical layer as in your panties, but quick-drying.
If you are bleeding heavily, a menstrual pad or cup can be a good supplement.

1. If you have bled in your menstrual swimwear, rinse them in cold water until it runs clear.

Tip: You can wash with our Allergy Certified special detergent Bloody Clean .
3. Dry them inside out on a clothesline - and you're good to go again.
