Rinse - wash - wear - repeat
1. If you've bled in your underwear, rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Protect your underwear in a laundry bag and wash your underwear with similar colors at 30-40 degrees.
Tip: You can advantageously wash with our Allergy Certified special detergent Bloody Clean.
3. Dry them inside out on a clothesline - and you're good to go again.

Flow menstrual panties are sewn with an integrated pad, consisting of a minimum of 3 technical layers, which direct liquid into the pad, absorb the liquid, and ensure that you don't bleed or drip through.
Absorbency is approximately equivalent to:
Light flow: 2-5 mL
Moderate flow: 5-10 mL
Heavy flow: 10-15 mL

We deserve better
Why choose period panties from Flow?
After two fertility treatments and two births, I no longer wanted to use menstrual products that went inside the body – I wanted to be able to bleed in peace.
That was the beginning of Flow – the first period panties on the Danish market.
Today, we make period panties with a focus on comfort, quality, and responsible production – created by people who menstruate themselves.
✔️ Soft, skin-friendly materials
✔️ Different absorbency levels
✔️ Comfort like regular underwear
✔️ A more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable products
Our mission is to make menstruation freer, safer, and less inconvenient – without compromising on style or function.
Sincerely, Cathrine

What we're most proud of
5 good reasons why you'll love us
THE HEART ALWAYS COMES FIRST
We are also here to create bigger changes than just in your daily life.
Our founder changed Danish legislation in 2021 by having the age limit on frozen eggs removed.
In 2025, we created the Red Flag campaign, which ensured the Danish women's national handball team the right to wear dark shorts during the World Championship. And we will continue.
SAFETY AND SECURITY IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS
Despite the lack of legislation and safety requirements for menstrual products in the EU, we do not shy away from our responsibility. We do not use PFAS, nano-silver - no magical "stay fresh" treatments of the absorbent layers. We third-party test our underwear for chemicals and use innovation without compromising your safety to solve odor issues.
PREMIUM PRODUCTION
We produce in Portugal, Denmark, Lithuania, and Turkey – always using the best materials such as organic cotton, organic merino wool, and ECONYL®.
Our partners are the best in their respective fields, and several of our factories are GOTS-certified, which sets requirements for employee welfare.
BY PEOPLE WHO MENSTRUATE, FOR PEOPLE WHO MENSTRUATE
We create products we ourselves need - and test them thoroughly (so yes, they are tested with real menstrual blood). In addition, we have a test panel consisting of hardcore and dedicated members from our community who take the task seriously.
MORE THAN MENSTRUATION
We know it. It's about much more than just menstruation. It's about a body in change – throughout the entire cycle, month after month.
That's why we are redefining what 'period products' are, beyond a practical solution. The highest-rated absorbent underwear, sure, but also care that supports you and your body throughout your entire cycle.
That is Flow Cycle Routine.

Frequently asked questions about menstrual panties
A discreet fabric band is sewn into the bottom of the panties.
Regardless of the style, the pad consists of a minimum of 3 absorbent layers - a top layer that conducts the liquid down into the next layer, which is similar to a towel. At the bottom you will find a membrane that ensures that the liquid does not pass through the panty.

1) Skyld i koldt vand.
2) Vask ved 40 grader.
3) Lufttør på snor.

High-waisted menstrual shorts, also called Period Flow Shorts, are our most covering menstrual shorts – developed for those who want maximum security on the heaviest menstrual days, at night or in the postpartum period.
Made from organic cotton, these soft shorts have a low leg that stays in place all night long. Combined with our longest and widest absorbent panel, they provide extra protection when you need it most.

Sleep safely during menstruation
Many people find that night is the time when they worry the most about bleeding.
That's why we've designed our period shorts with an extra long and wide absorbent panel that provides more coverage both front and back. The high waist and short legs help the shorts stay in place even when you toss and turn in your sleep.
The result is menstrual panties for the night that allow you to sleep with greater peace of mind.
Developed for heavy menstruation and postpartum
Period Flow Shorts are designed for heavy menstruation and can also be a comfortable choice during the postpartum period, where many people want soft and covering underwear.
If you have very heavy periods, you can combine the shorts with a menstrual cup or menstrual disc for extra protection on the heaviest bleeding days.
Soft organic cotton for maximum comfort
The shorts are made of soft organic cotton, which feels pleasant against the skin and provides natural, breathable comfort.
The distinctive curved signature seams accentuate the body's curves, while the small leg provides extra coverage without feeling heavy or bulky.
