Period Flow Brief - low rise is soft as butter and made from primarily organic cotton.
We think you'll love it!
The panty has the lowest waist of all styles and therefore sits lower on the hip. The organic cotton means that the panty follows your body. Period Flow Brief - low rise is so nice to wear - also at night.
Use them, rinse them in cold water and wash them at 30 or 40 degrees with the rest of your clothes.
The detergents we have today are super effective, so you can easily wash the panties clean at low temperatures.
Avoid drying in the tumble dryer! It is not good for the environment and the absorbent layer will lose its absorbency more quickly.
Flow menstrual panties are created with a built-in pad, consisting of 3 technical layers - this is where the magic happens, keeping you dry and leak-free. Read more here .

Frequently asked questions about menstrual panties
Please take your regular size. If you are between two sizes, take the larger size. Remember, you can always try on your own panties and exchange for a different size.
Flow 1 is for moderate bleeding and can absorb 1-2 tampons. You will quickly get a feel for how often you need to change your panties.
The bottom of the panty has a built-in pad, which consists of three layers of fabric. The top layer is woven so that it wicks moisture away from the body and into the middle layer. The middle layer is woven a bit like a towel so that it holds the liquid. At the bottom is a membrane that prevents you from bleeding through.
After use, rinse them in cold water until the water runs reasonably clear. The cold water breaks the surface tension of the blood, making it easy for the washing machine to clean them. Then wash at 40 degrees and air dry them inside out.
It depends on how easy you have access to a washing machine and how much you bleed. The more pairs you have, the easier the experience, so you can do the laundry without any problems.
"Leak" isn't really a word we think is sexy in the context of the body. It sounds more like a leaking engine. But you don't bleed through our panties. If they've reached their 'max' capacity, you bleed out the sides.
You can believe they are!
The Danish Consumer Council Think has put a big focus on menstrual panties in 2022, and their experts also say good things about the method:
1) Rinse in cold water.
2) Wash at 40 degrees.
3) Air dry on a line.
Today's detergents are hyper-effective - and remember: We're dealing with menstruation. It's just blood.
The modern disposable pad only made its debut in the 1960s. Before then, cloth pads were the most common.
Menstrual panties are a further development, you could say, and a reusable product that is also extremely comfortable - you just feel like you're wearing regular panties. We have customers who say they can actually forget they're menstruating.
