How to wash your menstrual swimwear from Cartel x Flow:
When the day is over, or when your bottoms feel full, rinse them in cold water until there’s minimal blood left. Hang them to dry if you’re not ready to do a wash, or wash with similar colors at a maximum of 40 degrees.
We recommend using a laundry bag or our Guppy Friend bag.

Most asked questions
Go with your usual size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Remember, you can always try them on over your own underwear and exchange for another size if needed.
The absorbency is light to moderate. If you have a heavy flow, we recommend combining with a cup or a disc.
Our swimwear is designed with an integrated, absorbent layer that captures and contains menstrual blood. This layer is combined with a waterproof yet breathable membrane that prevents leaks while you swim or sunbathe.
The textiles are lightweight and quick-drying, ensuring you can move freely and feel dry shortly after being in the water.
After use, rinse them in cold water and wash them in a laundry bag at 40 degrees Celsius. If you can't rinse them right away, you can store them in a wet bag.
The swimwear is made of 78% ECONYL®, a recycled nylon yarn, and 22% elastane.
